Tech-Stribe is a technology publication and digital services company. Our articles, guides, and analysis cover AI, software engineering, cybersecurity, hardware and chips, and gadgets and devices, and are published for general information and education. We also offer guest posting, link insertion, and website development.

You need an account to place orders, upload payment proof, and manage your projects. When you create one:

• You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are acting for a business that is.
• You will give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password private and for what happens under your account. Please tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

We may lock an account for a while after repeated wrong passwords, to protect it.

Guest posts and link insertions. You choose a website from our marketplace and send us the details of your order, such as your article or link, anchor text, and any instructions. We review every order first. We may approve it, ask for changes, or decline it. If we approve it, we send an invoice. Work begins once your payment has been verified.

The websites in our marketplace belong to other publishers. We arrange placements with them, but once content is live the publisher controls their site. Delivery times shown are estimates, and we cannot guarantee that a placement will be indexed, will rank, or will bring traffic.

Website development. Website projects begin with the brief you send us. We discuss it, agree a price, and put the terms in a written contract. Once you accept the contract and your payment is verified, work starts. If anything in a contract differs from these terms, the contract applies to that project.

Payments are made manually: you pay the amount on your invoice, then upload your proof of payment so we can verify it. Prices are shown on the site and on each invoice. Please make sure you pay the correct amount to the account shown on your invoice.

Our Refund Policy explains when we refund, and when we can't.

When you send us content, links, or files for an order, you confirm that:

• It is your own work, or you have the right to use and share it
• It does not break the law or anyone else's rights
• It follows our Content Policy and the requirements shown for the website you chose

You keep ownership of your content. You allow us, and the publishers we work with, to use it to complete your order. We may decline or remove content that breaks these rules.

We work hard to be accurate, but our content is not legal, financial, security, engineering, or other professional advice. Technology changes quickly, and what works in one setting may not suit another.

Before making important decisions, such as changing production systems, securing infrastructure, or buying hardware, please check current sources and consult a qualified professional where needed.

Any product or hardware suggestions on the site are for information only. We cannot promise they will suit your needs.

Good information helps you decide. It shouldn't decide for you.

The articles, text, graphics, logo, and design on Tech-Stribe belong to us or our contributors, and are protected by copyright and other laws.

You are welcome to:

• Read and share links to our articles
• Quote short extracts with clear credit and a link back to the original
• Use our content for personal, non-commercial learning

Please don't:

• Copy, republish, or sell our articles without written permission
• Present our work as your own
• Use our content to train or build products without our written consent

When you use Tech-Stribe, please do not:

• Break any law or the rights of others
• Try to harm, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
• Send spam, malware, or harmful content through our forms, messages, or uploads
• Collect personal information about other users

We welcome story ideas and contributions. If you send us a pitch or article, you confirm that it is your own work, or that you have the right to share it, and that it does not break anyone else's rights.

You keep ownership of your work. By sending it to us, you allow us to review it and, if we agree to publish it, to publish it on our site on terms we will agree with you. Sending a pitch does not guarantee publication.

Contact & Pitches

Our articles may link to other websites and sources. We don't control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

We aim to keep our content accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise it is always complete, current, or free of errors. If you spot a mistake, please tell us, and we will review it as described in our Editorial Policy and Corrections Policy.

The site is provided "as is". We may change, pause, or remove parts of it at any time, and we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Tech-Stribe and its contributors are not responsible for any loss or damage that results from using the site or relying on its content, or from the actions of the publishers of websites listed in our marketplace. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot legally be limited, or our responsibility for anything the law does not allow us to limit.

We may suspend or close an account, or decline an order, if these terms or our Content Policy are broken, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if the law requires it. You can ask us to close your account at any time. Closing an account does not cancel anything you already owe, and any refund follows our Refund Policy.

Your privacy matters to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to see how we handle your information.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. By continuing to use the site after changes are posted, you accept the updated terms. Orders you have already paid for stay under the terms that applied when you placed them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Tech-Stribe's operator is established, and any disputes will be handled by the courts there. Nothing here takes away any right you have under the law of your own country that cannot be waived.
